Clients and Control Now have the ability to share any files via the portal.

Users can navigate to ‘Resources’ -> ‘Client Documentation’ section to find all relevant User Guides, Specifications and the most up to date version of the TRAC tool.

‘Client Documentation’ section can be also used to exchange any other files between Client and Control Now in a secure way.

Users can upload the files they wish Control Now to have access to, by clicking a green ‘+’ icon in the top right corner of the screen.
