Control Now have released a new management information (MI) report to provide users with a summary of accuracy trends over time. The solution allows users to monitor the following, broken down per month over a configurable time frame;

• % of records with at least 1 error
• Count distinct errors received per file
• Error severity (high / medium / low)
• Error code and error names

The solution will allow users to monitor errors over time and confirm remediation activity is proving effective.
