ARM’s provide Reporting Firms with the ability to validate their transactions and submit them to the relevant NCAs on their behalf. 

In total, there are 22 ARMs in Europe. All are firms providing different types of services, e.g. Trading Venues such as NASDAQ and consultancies such as AQ Metrics.
